Security Managed Services Practitioner – Security Penetration Testing Operations

About the Role

We are looking for a Security Managed Services Practitioner with hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations to deliver and manage security services across client environments. The role focuses on identifying vulnerabilities, assessing security risks, supporting compliance and strengthening organizational security and operational resilience.

The successful candidate will work independently as a subject matter expert, collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to security improvements and threat mitigation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform security penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
Monitor security systems and tools to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
Analyze security findings and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
Apply penetration testing methodologies and security frameworks.
Identify and assess system weaknesses using relevant security tools.
Communicate security risks and findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prepare detailed security assessment reports and documentation.
Support the development and improvement of security policies and procedures.
Ensure security practices align with industry standards and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen security controls.
Participate actively in team discussions and contribute solutions to security-related issues.
Work independently and provide SME-level expertise.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Security Penetration Testing Operations.
Strong knowledge of vulnerability assessment methodologies and penetration testing frameworks.

Ability to analyze security findings and communicate risks effectively.
Knowledge of information security compliance requirements and best practices.
Strong documentation and report-writing skills.
Must be currently based in the Philippines with the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must be willing to work onsite in Manila and follow a shifting schedule.
