Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Work Location: ADB Office, Ortigas Pasig

Shift: Day shift (8am – 5pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (3x reporting on site per week)

Salary range: 100,000 - 105,000

Desired Experience Range: 5+ years

Educational Requirements:

• Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or other related fields. Advanced degrees or certifications in machine

learning or AI are an advantage.

Relevant Experience and Other Requirements:

• At least five (5) years of experience in data science or related roles.

• Experience in machine learning, statistical modeling, and Generative AI.

• Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI.

• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

• Experience working in Agile teams and with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Ability to work with senior executives from diverse cultures.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities of / Expectations from the Role:

•Design and develop machine learning models and Generative AI applications.

•Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to extract insights.

•Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.

•Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

•Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements.

•Ensure data quality and integrity through validation and quality checks.

•Stay updated with the latest trends in data science and visualization.

•Perform other relevant tasks as assigned.

Work Arrangement:

• Hybrid, requiring employees to report onsite three times a week. If the user unit requires contractors to report to HQ, compliance is mandatory.

• Work Schedule is from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
