JOB TITLE: Senior Product Engineer – Ivalua S2P

LOCATION: ADB Office, Ortigas, Pasig, Philippines

WORK SETUP: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week

WORK SHIFT: Day Shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time

JOB DESCRIPTION :

We are looking for a Senior Product Engineer with strong Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience to serve as an Ivalua Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role will be responsible for solution design, functional and technical configuration, integrations, release management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Ivalua S2P solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Serve as the Ivalua SME for Source-to-Pay solutions, providing guidance on platform capabilities, best practices, design patterns, configuration standards, and complex functional or technical issues.
Lead and support solution design and configuration across Ivalua S2P modules, including Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contracts, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing.
Support Ivalua development, integrations, and release management, including configuration reviews, defect resolution, deployment readiness, Go/No-Go reviews, go-live, hypercare, and post-release stabilization.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, stakeholders, development teams, QA, infrastructure teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, maintainable, auditable, and compliant solutions.
Mentor and upskill team members while maintaining technical and functional documentation and identifying opportunities to improve configuration, development, and release processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Strong hands-on experience in Ivalua Functional and Technical Configuration, including API, EAI, and ETL.
Advanced SQL and Oracle database knowledge with experience in APIs, microservices, integrations, application infrastructure, and system architecture.
Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, data analytics, data visualization, and modern technology solutions.
Strong experience with DevOps, Scrum, Agile, SDLC, product development, and product release management.
Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accounting, or a related discipline.
5–10 years of professional experience in engineering and product development, supply chain systems, technology, HR systems, or ERP solutions with AI capabilities.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing Ivalua Source-to-Pay solutions.
At least 3 professional experiences in engineering/product development involving product release management.
Required Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, or Integration.
Required Ivalua Project Release Manager Badge/Certification.
Preferred Ivalua L3 SQL Certification.
Strong understanding of SDLC, system architecture, operating systems, Oracle relational databases, and multi-tier application concepts.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

IMPORTANT NOTES :

Hybrid work arrangement requiring 3 days onsite per week at Ortigas, Pasig.
Work schedule is 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Manila Time.
