JOB TITLE: Senior SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant

LOCATION: Makati City, Metro Manila

WORK SETUP: Hybrid – Onsite Every Monday and Tuesday, Remaining Days Work From Home
WORK SHIFT: Day Shift
WORKING HOURS: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time
SALARY RANGE: PHP 125,000–127,300 Monthly
AVAILABILITY: ASAP

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a Senior SAP Sales and Distribution Consultant with extensive experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

The successful candidate will provide SAP SD application support, configure business processes, resolve production issues, support implementations, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

This senior-level role also involves leading SAP workstreams, influencing stakeholders, mentoring team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

SAP Application Support

• Provide SAP SD application support, troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of production issues
• Manage application incidents, service requests, and system-maintenance activities
• Investigate recurring issues and recommend sustainable solutions
• Provide post-implementation and post-go-live support
• Improve system performance, stability, and user experience

Business Analysis and Solution Design

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
• Analyze existing system capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
• Recommend efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions
• Participate in solution-design reviews and system-optimization initiatives
• Prepare functional designs and supporting documentation

SAP Configuration and Implementation

• Configure SAP Sales and Distribution modules and related business processes
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes
• Partner with development teams to design, build, test, and deploy system enhancements
• Support SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, and transformation projects
• Coordinate integration requirements and interface-management activities
• Support SAP security and authorization requirements

Testing, Deployment and Training

• Develop and execute functional, integration, and User Acceptance Testing activities
• Manage solution deployment and release activities
• Validate completed changes before production deployment
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Prepare system documentation, training materials, and user guides

Leadership and Continuous Improvement

• Lead SAP projects, workstreams, and strategic initiatives
• Influence decision-making across technical and business teams
• Mentor and coach junior team members
• Support capability development within the SAP team
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Work effectively within Agile and Scrum delivery environments

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate with a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Ten to fifteen years of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA experience
• Strong focus on SAP Sales and Distribution
• Extensive hands-on experience with Order-to-Cash processes
• Strong SAP SD configuration and business-process design experience
• Experience in SAP application support, maintenance, and implementation projects
• Experience leading SAP projects, workstreams, or strategic initiatives
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder-management and decision-making abilities
• Proven experience mentoring and developing team members
• Willing to work onsite in Makati every Monday and Tuesday
• Available to work the day shift from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledge of ABAP debugging and code analysis
• Experience with SAP security concepts and authorization management
• Exposure to SAP integration technologies and interface management
• Familiarity with automation tools and CI/CD practices
• Experience with low-code development
• SAP SD certification
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
