Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary Package: ₱128,000 – ₱131,400

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain ServiceNow platforms across production and non-production environments.
Manage user access, security controls, and platform configurations.
Troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and optimize system reliability.
Plan and execute ServiceNow platform upgrades.
Implement and maintain integrations with external systems.
Configure Single Sign-On (SSO) using SAML and OIDC.
Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with best practices.
Provide technical guidance and collaborate with developers and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and platform engineering.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow upgrades, performance tuning, system hardening, and integrations.
Hands-on experience with SAML, OIDC, Microsoft Entra ID, and external system integrations.
Knowledge of Java or similar object-oriented programming languages.
Familiarity with ITIL processes, Azure fundamentals, and Azure DevOps.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
SAFe Agile experience is an advantage.
