Service Delivery Manager – Financial Services Operations

Are you an experienced operations leader with a strong background in financial services? We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee service delivery, strengthen client relationships, and drive operational excellence while ensuring service levels and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end service delivery for key client accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

- Ensure SLA, KPI, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

- Monitor operational performance and implement service improvements.

- Lead incident, change, and service management activities.

- Prepare service reports and facilitate service delivery review meetings.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on account growth and operational governance.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize service delivery.

- Maintain project financial status reports and support overall project performance.

- Champion continuous process improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

- College graduate.

- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Operations Manager in Financial Services back-office operations.

- Strong experience managing SLAs, KPIs, account performance, and operational governance.

- Proven experience working with clients, stakeholders, and business partners.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.

- Strong analytical, accountability, and process improvement mindset.
