We’re looking for ServiceNow Developers, Architects, and SMEs to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll provide both functional and technical expertise to design, build, and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions across multiple scopes and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements
Implement and test solutions using best practices and ITIL methodology
Facilitate impact assessments, estimates, and client solution reviews
Proactively identify and solve issues within ServiceNow platform components
Support upgrades, patching, automation, and integration efforts
Collaborate in an Agile environment to drive continuous value creation
Qualifications:
4+ years ServiceNow development/architecture experience
Expertise across modules like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, IRM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SPM
Strong problem-solving and automation mindset
Based in the Philippines with the right to work locally
Not eligible if you are a present/former Accenture employee or have an active Accenture application
Nice-to-Have Skills:
ServiceNow Certifications (Developer, Admin, Specialist, etc.)
ITIL knowledge/certification
Agile/Scrum or SAFE practices
GenAI exposure or automation tools experience
Background in JavaScript, Angular/React, full-stack dev, DevOps, or REST API integrations
