About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator Specialist to manage, support, and enhance our Microsoft 365 environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration, SPFx development, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 services.

You will be responsible for improving collaboration platforms, managing secure content solutions, automating business processes, and ensuring a reliable SharePoint environment for users.

Key Responsibilities

SharePoint Administration & Content Management

Manage and configure SharePoint Online sites, site collections, libraries, lists, and enterprise metadata

Maintain effective document management structures and content organization

Optimize SharePoint environments for performance, usability, and collaboration

Security & Access Management

Manage user permissions, security groups, and access controls

Implement best practices for data protection and secure sharing

Support governance policies and compliance requirements

Microsoft 365 Support & User Enablement

Provide technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues

Assist users with Microsoft 365 tools and SharePoint best practices

Create user guides and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions when required

Automation & Solution Development

Build and maintain business workflows using:

-Microsoft Power Automate

-Power Apps

-Microsoft Power Platform

Develop and customize SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

Support integrations and process automation initiatives

System Monitoring & Maintenance

Perform SharePoint environment monitoring and maintenance

Manage storage, backups, updates, and system logs

Identify issues and implement improvements to maintain platform stability

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in any field

2–5 years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 Administration

Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development

Strong knowledge of:

-PowerShell scripting

-Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)

-Active Directory

-Microsoft 365 administration

Preferred Skills

⭐ Experience with SharePoint governance and compliance

⭐ Knowledge of permissions management and security models

⭐ Ability to analyze issues and provide effective technical solutions

⭐ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
