Job Summary
We are looking for a SQL Technical Support Specialist to provide voice-based technical support to customers. The ideal candidate has strong SQL knowledge, experience in SaaS or technical support, and excellent communication skills. Candidates with digital advertising experience and basic API knowledge are highly preferred.
Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Shifting Schedule
Salary: ₱31,000 – ₱60,000 per month
Key Responsibilities
Provide voice-based technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot SQL-related issues and system concerns.
Analyze customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
Assist clients with SaaS platform and technical inquiries.
Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and issue resolutions.
Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate teams.
Maintain service quality and meet performance targets.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
Required
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
At least 6 months of BPO or Call Center experience.
Minimum 2 years of SQL experience.
Experience with SaaS platforms is an advantage.
At least 1 year of Digital Advertising experience.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Amenable to a shifting schedule.
Preferred
Technical Support or IT Helpdesk experience.
IT-related educational background.
Basic API knowledge.
Database troubleshooting experience.
Customer service experience in a technical environment.
