Job Title: SQL Technical Support - Voice

Salary: PHP 31,000 – PHP 60,000
Job Summary
We are looking for a SQL Technical Support - Voice professional to join our Trust and Safety team. The ideal candidate should have strong SQL knowledge, technical support experience, and a customer-focused mindset. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting SQL-related concerns, supporting SaaS environments, and delivering excellent customer service over voice support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to SQL and technical support.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Analyze customer concerns and provide accurate solutions.
Document cases, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when necessary.
Maintain service quality, productivity, and process compliance.
Support customers using SQL, SaaS platforms, and basic API concepts.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational targets.
Qualifications
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of BPO/Call Center experience.
Minimum 2 years of SQL experience or experience in a SaaS environment.
Minimum 1 year of Digital Ads experience.
Basic knowledge of APIs.
IT-related educational background or Technical Support experience is preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in Quezon City.
Amenable to shifting and rotational schedules.
