Job Title: SQL Technical Support – Voice

Salary: ₱31,000 - ₱60,000
Job Description
We are hiring a SQL Technical Support – Voice professional to provide technical assistance and troubleshoot customer issues related to SQL, SaaS platforms, and digital advertising solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical support, SQL, and digital ads, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer concerns related to SQL and technical support.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Analyze customer queries and recommend appropriate solutions.
Document cases, updates, and resolutions accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Maintain service quality standards and meet performance targets.
Qualifications
High School, Senior High School, or College Graduate.
Minimum 6 months of BPO/call center experience.
At least 2 years of SQL experience or SaaS background.
At least 1 year of digital ads experience.
Basic API knowledge is preferred.
Technical support experience or an IT-related educational background is an advantage.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Preferred Profile
CSR or TSR experience.
Strong SQL and basic API knowledge.
Experience with digital advertising platforms.
Technical support background.
Basic understanding of databases.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
