Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Sr. Network Engineer to lead enterprise network infrastructure projects, network modernization, and large-scale migration initiatives in Quezon City, Philippines. This role is ideal for networking professionals with extensive experience in enterprise WAN/LAN environments, network design, infrastructure deployment, incident management, and network operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing enterprise network infrastructure while ensuring high availability, security, and operational excellence. You will collaborate with global teams, infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to deliver complex network projects and maintain critical production environments.

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Hybrid (3–4 days onsite, remaining days WFH)

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure, including deployment, migration, and system upgrades.
Install, configure, and support network technologies, including routers, switches, and Infoblox DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM).
Lead incident, problem, and change management activities while performing root cause analysis for critical network issues.
Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver network projects, system integrations, and service improvements.
Maintain network documentation, ensure compliance with operational standards, and provide technical leadership for infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

College graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end network infrastructure deployment and migration projects.
Strong experience designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise network solutions.
Proven experience working with multinational teams and handling complex technical environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Project, Visio, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to lead infrastructure projects, manage risks, and drive service improvement initiatives.

Important Notes

Hybrid work setup based in Quezon City (3–4 days onsite).
Morning/Mid Shift schedule.
Minimum 10 years of enterprise network engineering experience is required.
Current or former Wipro employees are not eligible.
