Designation/ Role: Lead (Talent Acquisition)
Department: HR
Work Timing: Flexible
Work set-up: Onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Qualifications: Any Graduate /PB ( MBA Preferred)
Salary up to 55K (Depending on the work experience)
Skills:
Work experience in talent acquisition or similar roles
Expert with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation
methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to source candidates proactively.
A keen understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience:
Minimum 7+ Years of experience.
With Lead or AM experience in Talent Acquisition
Either with Volume hiring or healthcare experience
