Job title: Team Lead - ED / Surgery Coding

Work set up: Onsite Opportunity – MCK Taguig, Cyber Sigma Building

Work schedule: Day shift

Salary: Open Salary

Responsibilities :

•Oversee the daily operations of the coding and auditing team, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery

•Ensure the team consistently meets 100% productivity and quality targets in alignment with client expectations

•Effectively manage team utilization by analyzing workload, attendance, and attrition trends

•Proactively identify performance gaps through data analysis and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications :

•Proven expertise in Emergency Department (ED) Facility, Surgery, and Observation Coding(required)

•Minimum of 3–4 years of hands-on experience in a medical coding role

•At least 1 year of leadership experience as a Team Lead in a similar coding process

•Minimum of 2 years BPO experience is required (candidates without BPO experience will be automatically rejected).
