• Lead month-end and quarter-end revenue accounting close, including journal entries, revenue transactions, write-offs, allowances, loss reserves, and estimates.

• Provide technical guidance on US GAAP, ASC 606, revenue recognition policies, and complex customer contracts.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports, flux analysis, financial projections, and management reporting.

• Oversee accounts receivable reconciliations and allowances for doubtful accounts to ensure financial accuracy.

• Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining complete documentation and timely submission of audit requirements.

• Partner with Deal Desk, Finance, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Technology, and other stakeholders to improve approvals and financial governance.

• Design and enhance automated workflows, dashboards, accounting systems, and internal controls.

• Support SOX compliance, risk mitigation, process improvement, and regulatory requirements.

• Lead team performance reviews, monitor productivity and quality, and support performance improvement plans.

• Establish and track KPIs, SLAs, KRIs, service delivery targets, and process health metrics.

• Interpret Statements of Work (SOWs), contractual commitments, and revenue-impacting terms.

• Leverage Oracle Fusion, SQL-based analysis, advanced Excel, and automation tools to improve revenue accounting operations.

Required Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in technical revenue accounting or revenue accounting.

• Strong expertise in ASC 606 and US GAAP revenue recognition.

• Minimum 5 years of people leadership or team management experience.

• Strong knowledge of month-end and quarter-end close, journal entries, financial reporting, and account reconciliations.

• Experience with complex revenue arrangements, contract interpretation, audit support, and internal controls.

• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Willingness to work onsite in Quezon City on a night shift.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Experience with Oracle Fusion and other ERP/accounting applications.

• SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation.

• Experience with Power BI, dashboards, and reporting automation.
