Job Title: Technical Support Representative – Home Security Services
Location: Philippines
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description:
Join our Global Home Security team and provide technical and customer support for smart home security products and monitoring services. Successful candidates will assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, account concerns, and service-related inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance for home security systems and devices
Support customers with installation guidance and troubleshooting
Address billing, subscription, and account-related concerns
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain service quality and productivity standards
Accurately document customer cases and resolutions
Qualifications
at least HS Grad (old curriculum) / SHS Grad
Excellent Communication skills
1 year Customer Service Experience(not limited to BPO | working directly with customers and providing high quality service e.g working at Starbucks, iStore | WOSA)
