Teleperformance Makati is urgently hiring for Telco Account. Minimum 3 months BPO experience required.

*Job Description:*

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for our Telco Account in Makati City. Earn up to 27K package!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information

- Resolve telco service issues and concerns efficiently

- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service

- Meet performance targets, KPIs, and quality metrics

- Document customer interactions accurately

*Qualifications:*

- High School Graduate (old curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate accepted

- At least 3 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted

- Good to excellent English communication skills

- Willing to work onsite in Makati City

- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Can start ASAP
