*Job Description:*
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information for our Telco Account.
*Responsibilities:*
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information
- Resolve telco service issues and concerns efficiently
- Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver quality service
- Meet performance targets, KPIs, and quality metrics
- Document customer interactions accurately
*Qualifications:*
- High school graduate (old curriculum) / senior high school graduate accepted
- At least 3 months BPO experience required, voice or non-voice accepted
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to work onsite in Makati City
- Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Can start ASAP
