SAP Japanese Bilingual Functional Consulting Manager
CMT – High Tech | Onsite Taguig | Day Shift | Competitive Salary

About the Role
Harness your SAP S/4HANA expertise and bilingual fluency to lead digital transformations for global high-tech clients. As a Management Consultant in our CMT – High Tech practice, you’ll drive design workshops, configure solutions, and guide projects from blueprint to go-live—bridging Japanese and English to ensure seamless collaboration. This onsite role in Taguig follows a day-shift schedule, placing you at the heart of impactful innovation.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead or independently handle a team of functional consultants through design workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and gap analysis in SAP S/4HANA modules: FI (Vertex tax engine), CO, PP, SD, MM, PM.

- Manage configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live support with a focus on quality and timelines.

- Serve as a functional expert, advising clients on S/4HANA-led transformation, roadmaps, and business cases.

- Contribute to end-to-end RFP responses, proposal development, and solution planning.

- Use your bilingual skills to break language and cultural barriers, engaging Japanese-speaking stakeholders to define requirements, articulate benefits, and co-create solutions.

- Support platforms-driven business design, process re-engineering, and value assessment within intelligent functions teams.

- Identify, track, and resolve issues; communicate insights clearly.

- Develop thought leadership content (white papers, presentations) for the High-Tech industry.

What You’ll Bring
- Bilingual fluency: JLPT N1 or N2 mandatory; business-level Japanese and English proficiency for consulting and workshops.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from a Tier 1 or 2 business school preferred.

- Experience: 5–9 years of overall work experience as an SAP functional consultant (any module), including proficiency in end-to-end project implementation. Deep knowledge in at least one S/4HANA area; Vertex tax engine integration is a plus.

- Consulting skills: FIT-GAP analysis, process improvement, client advisory, and end-user training.

- Soft skills: Strong problem-solving, presentation, analytical abilities; comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
