Training Content Designer / Instructional Designer – E-Learning

Work Setup: Work From Home (WFH)

Location: Mandaluyong

Shift: Graveyard / Night Shift

Job Overview

We are looking for a Training Content Designer / Instructional Designer to develop engaging training materials, e-learning modules, and learning content for employees and business teams.

The ideal candidate has practical experience in Instructional Design, e-learning development, and Articulate 360, with the ability to translate learning requirements into clear, effective, and engaging digital training experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze employee learning needs and identify appropriate training solutions
Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to develop learning content
Design and develop training curricula, instructional materials, and e-learning modules
Apply Instructional Design principles to create effective learning experiences
Develop interactive digital learning content using Articulate 360
Create storyboards, learning activities, assessments, and other instructional materials
Support the planning and coordination of skills assessments and training programs
Provide guidance and instructional support to trainers when required
Evaluate training effectiveness and contribute to learning metrics
Review, update, and improve existing training materials
Ensure learning content meets required quality, accuracy, and delivery timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the content development process

Required Qualifications

At least 1 year of relevant experience in:
- Instructional Design
- Training Content Development
- E-Learning Development
- Learning Design
- Digital Learning
- Training Development
Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
Practical knowledge of Instructional Design
Strong understanding of e-learning development
Ability to develop engaging and learner-focused training materials
Strong communication and content development skills
Ability to work independently in a work-from-home environment
