About the Role
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to create engaging, effective, and business-focused learning experiences. You’ll transform learning needs and technical requirements into training programs, e-learning content, assessments, and learning materials that support employee development and performance.
Must-Have Qualifications
- At least 1 year of relevant Instructional Design experience
- Hands-on experience with Articulate 360
- Proven background in Instructional Design and e-learning development
- Knowledge of e-learning methodologies, learning principles, and course development
- Ability to analyze learning needs and translate them into effective training solutions
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality requirements
What You’ll Do
- Analyze employee learning needs and identify training gaps
- Partner with SMEs and business stakeholders to develop course content
- Design and develop e-learning courses, training materials, and assessments
- Plan and coordinate skills assessments and training initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to trainers during course rollouts
- Develop and monitor training effectiveness metrics
- Support the introduction and continuous improvement of learning programs
- Coordinate with external vendors when required
- Adapt learning solutions based on changing business and learner requirements
