Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to lead learning and development initiatives for US Tax and Finance operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the US Tax process, a strong background in training management, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. This role is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that improve employee performance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for US Tax and Finance teams.
Conduct new hire onboarding, process training, refresher sessions, and upskilling programs.
Assess training effectiveness through performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Leadership teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
Coach, mentor, and support trainers and team leaders to improve learning outcomes.
Ensure all training materials and documentation are accurate, up to date, and aligned with business requirements.
Track employee performance after training and implement action plans for continuous improvement.
Drive process improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance analysis for management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (Mandatory).
Experience working in the US Tax process (Mandatory).
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Training Supervisor, Assistant Training Manager (ATM), or Training Manager.
Strong leadership, coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Willing to work onsite in Sucat, Metro Manila on a night shift.
