Handle customer inquiries via voice and provide excellent customer service

Provide technical support assistance and troubleshoot basic concerns

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Document interactions and ensure customer satisfaction

Meet performance metrics

Qualifications:

Good to excellent English communication skills

18 years old and above

At least Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate

No BPO experience required - fresh graduates and first-timers are highly encouraged

Willing to work onsite in Bacolod City on shifting schedule

Can start ASAP
