If you have Mortgage or US/UK Banking experience, get up to 20% salary hike from your last basic pay + PHP 2,400 monthly allowance + PHP 40K Joining Bonus! *Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries via voice

- Assist customers with banking, mortgage, and financial service concerns

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution while maintaining professionalism

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, policies, and data privacy

- Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT and quality standards

- Document interactions accurately and meet performance metrics

*Qualifications:*

- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / SHS / 2nd Year College to College Graduate

- With at least 1 year hands-on experience in Mortgage OR US Banking / Financial Services REQUIRED

- Must have 1 to 2 years of US or UK banking and voice account experience

- Strong English communication skills and solid knowledge of the mortgage process

- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

- Can start ASAP - Urgent hiring! Immediate joiners preferred
