Job Description:

Join Wipro Eton Centris for our Premium UK Banking & Mortgage Account! We're seeking candidates with Mortgage and US/UK banking experience for financial collections support.

Responsibilities:

- Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries

- Assist customers with banking and mortgage-related concerns

- Provide accurate information and timely resolution

- Maintain professionalism and ensure high customer satisfaction

- Comply with banking regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

- At least High School Graduate Old Curriculum / Senior High School / 2nd Year College Completed up to College Graduate

- With at least 1 year hands-on Mortgage experience or similar role in US banking or financial services

- Must have 1 to 2 years US or UK banking and telephony / voice experience

- Willing to work onsite in Eton Centris, Quezon City

- Can start ASAP
