Overview:
Wipro Eton Centris urgently hiring for Project Home - UK Financial Collections Account! Get up to 20% salary hike + PHP 40K joining bonus!
Responsibilities:
- Handle UK Financial / Mortgage / Collections inquiries
- Assist customers with banking and mortgage concerns
- Provide accurate info and timely resolution
- Maintain professionalism and high CSAT
- Comply with banking regulations and policies
Qualifications:
- At least HS Grad Old / SHS / 2nd Year College to College Grad
- With at least 1 year hands-on Mortgage exp or US banking / financial services
- Must have 1 to 2 years US or UK banking and voice exp
- Strong comms and knowledge of mortgage process
- Willing onsite Eton Centris, QC
- Can start ASAP - Urgent!
