Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the shining star of our company's customer support team! You'll be the friendly face and helpful voice that our customers rely on to resolve their issues and provide them with a delightful experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone calls, emails, live chats, and social media platforms.

Provide accurate information and assistance regarding product features, pricing, order status, and other related queries.

Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.

Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers, ensuring a friendly and personalized customer experience.

Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer issues and escalate them when necessary.

Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken to ensure proper documentation and follow-up.

Collect customer feedback and provide insights to improve products, services, and customer support processes.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Qualifications

Completed at least 2 years in college or, High school graduate.

OR Completed a 2-year vocational/certificate course HS GRAD, 2ND YR COLLEGE COMPLETE, COLLEGE GRAD WITH/WITHOUT BPO EXPERIENCE

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to effectively listen and empathize with customers.

Proficient in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
