Qualifications:

• College graduate with at least 12 months of BPO experience,

OR• Completed at least 2 years in college with a minimum of 18 months of BPO experience

• Solid background in Insurance Brokerage is required for SME-level candidates

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
