Job Title: US Human Resource Specialist

Location: McKinley Hills, Taguig (Hybrid)

Salary: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000

Schedule: Night shift

About the Role

We are seeking experienced US HR Specialists to support HR operations including leave management, termination monitoring, and benefits administration. This role requires strong expertise in US HR processes and the ability to provide guidance to teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage US leave processes (IFMLA, CFMLA) and ensure compliance with regulations.

Handle termination monitoring and support related HR processes.

Administer US employee benefits and resolve related queries.

Lead or coach team members to ensure service quality and performance.

Leverage HR systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle modules) for accurate reporting and documentation.

Apply strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

Graduate of any degree.

2–3 years of solid experience in US HR operations (leave management, termination, benefits).

Experience in leading or coaching teams.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR or Oracle HR modules (an advantage).

Excellent communication skills in English.

Strong critical thinking and decision-making ability.

Willing to work on a hybrid setup in Taguig and on a night shift schedule.
