USRN Clinical Analyst

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines
Work Setup: Work from Home (WAH)

Salary: PHP 50,000 Basic + PHP 10,000 Account Premium + PHP 1,000 Flex Fund Allowance = PHP 61,000 Package

About the Role

We are looking for experienced USRN Clinical Analysts with active Philippine and US nursing licenses and at least 1 year of bedside, hospital or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

The role involves reviewing patient medical histories, performing initial assessments, documenting patient interactions and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and perform initial assessments.
Help determine the most appropriate type of care based on patient information.
Accurately and promptly document patient interactions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient outcomes.
Follow all applicable policies, procedures and healthcare regulations.
Maintain and continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills.
Contribute to the overall success of the nursing team and organization.

Required Qualifications

Must have an active Philippine RN (PHRN) and USRN license from any US state.
Both licenses must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Minimum 1 year of bedside/hospital or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Clinical experience must not be obtained through internship or training.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE).
Must reside within 25 km of the Quezon City site / Metro Manila.
Must be WAH-ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
Candidates must include their middle initial/middle name and complete house address in their CV.
