Job Summary

We are looking for qualified USRN Clinical Analysts to support clinical operations by reviewing patient information, conducting initial assessments, accurately documenting patient interactions, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient care outcomes.

The ideal candidate must hold an active Philippine and US nursing license, have at least one year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse, and demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities

Obtain and review detailed patient medical histories and perform initial clinical assessments.
Help determine the most appropriate type of care or clinical intervention based on available patient information.
Accurately document patient interactions and clinical information in a timely manner.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient outcomes.
Use electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant clinical software.
Follow applicable policies, procedures, regulations, and clinical standards.
Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and quality when handling patient information.
Continuously develop nursing knowledge and clinical skills to support up-to-date patient care.
Contribute to the overall performance and success of the nursing team and organization.

Required Qualifications

Must have an active Philippine nursing license (PHRN) and an active USRN license from any US state.
Both licenses must remain valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.
Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Experience must not have been obtained solely through training or internship.
Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant software.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employment.
Must currently reside within Metro Manila and within 25 km of the site.
Must be Work-at-Home (WAH) ready with a wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.
Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
