Job title: USRN QA Specialist (Non-Voice)

Account: El Paso & Hartford Account

Work setup: Hybrid/TWFH

Work schedule: Shifting

Salary budget: PHP 60,000 package (Fixed and non-negotiable)

Location: All locations in the Philippines (BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao and Clark, Pampanga)

Start date: ASAP

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of bedside experience

• 1-2 years of BPO/CPO Utilization Review/Utilization Management experience.

• QA experience for at least 1 year.

License:

• Active USRN

Recruitment Process:
• Validation

• Talkpush profile creation

• HR Interview

• Hiring Manager Interview

• Onboarding

Screening notes:
• Current location and preferred site to work

• Do you have an active USRN license? Provide the validity date
