Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable Executive to support financial operations for an Australian logistics account in Cebu City.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of hands-on Accounts Receivable (AR) experience and direct experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One. The role involves billing, cash application, account reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, and client query management.

Candidates from any industry are welcome, provided they meet the mandatory AR and SAP experience requirements.

Key Responsibilities : 

1. Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, including billing, cash application, account reconciliations, and journal voucher postings in the client system.

2. Handle daily client queries, resolve operational issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

3. Support month-end closing activities, monitor service-level agreements (SLAs), and maintain accurate financial records.

4. Prepare dashboard reports, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and handle client calls and escalations.

5. Support quality initiatives and process improvement projects to enhance AR accuracy, efficiency, and service delivery.

Required Skills : 

1. Accounts Receivable: Minimum 2 years of hands-on AR experience, including billing, cash application, and account reconciliations.

2. SAP ERP / SAP Business One: Direct hands-on experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

3. Advanced Excel: Strong Excel knowledge for financial reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis.

4. Financial Operations: Experience with journal vouchers, month-end closing, dashboard reporting, and SLA management.

5. Communication & Problem-Solving: Good communication, time management, attention to detail, and ability to handle complex invoices, payment exceptions, and client escalations.

Qualifications : 

• College graduate in any discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.

• Direct experience using SAP ERP or SAP Business One is mandatory.

• Advanced Excel knowledge.

• Exposure to Accounts Receivable process improvement initiatives.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to learning and delivering results.

• Good communication and client-handling skills.

• Open to candidates from any industry.

• Must be willing to work 100% onsite in IT Park, Cebu City, on an Australian time zone day shift.
