Responsibilities:
Provide support to Vietnamese-speaking customers via phone, chat, and email channels
Communicate in both Vietnamese and English professionally
Assist with billing, service requests, and account information inquiries
Deliver excellent customer experience and resolve issues efficiently
Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
Qualifications:
Native or fluent in Vietnamese with strong professional communication skills
Good conversational English skills - training and systems are in English
No BPO experience required - fresh graduates welcome
Experience in Collections or knowledge of Order-to-Cash O2C process is a plus but not required
Customer service oriented with attention to detail
Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
Able to work collaboratively in fast-paced environment
Must be eligible to work in the Philippines
Foreign nationals with valid Temporary Resident Visa TRV are welcome to apply
