*Job Description:*

We are looking for experienced Voice Customer Service Representatives to join our Insurance Voice Team for the MENDOTA account in EXL Pasay. Stable, long-term insurance campaign with non-toxic work environment!

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to insurance via voice channel

- Provide accurate information, assistance, and timely resolution

- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in every customer interaction

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and performance metrics

- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed

*Qualifications:*

- At Least Senior High School Graduate

- Minimum of 1 Year BPO Experience in Voice Account (Required)

- Excellent English Communication Skills - Both Verbal and Written

- Strong Customer Service and Problem-Solving Skills

- Amenable to work Onsite in Pasay City

- Willing to work on Shifting / Rotating Schedule, including weekends and holidays
