Job Title: WFM Scheduler
Requirements:
- College graduate or completed at least 1 year in college.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in WFM in a call center inbound voice process.
- At least 1 year of scheduling experience using any of the following tools: eWFM, Blue Pumpkin/Impact 360, or IEX.
Salary: 33,000 PHP
This position requires a candidate who is familiar with WFM processes, particularly scheduling, and has experience with specific tools commonly used in the industry. If you meet these qualifications and are interested in joining our team, we encourage you to apply.
