Wipro Cebu is mass hiring for Premium Travel / Airlines Account. Great opportunity for candidates with excellent English communication skills and passion for the travel industry.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with flight bookings, modifications, and cancellations

Handle travel-related inquiries professionally and efficiently

Resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service

Document interactions accurately in the system

Meet quality standards, CSAT targets, and KPIs

Qualifications:

Option 1 - College Graduates:

College graduate - any course

4 months BPO experience welcome to apply

C1 level English required - must be close to American accent / excellent English fluency

Option 2 - Undergraduates:

Completed at least 2nd year college / 72 units - no failing subjects

At least 6 months BPO experience required

Good to excellent English communication skills

Additional Requirements:

Willing to work 100% onsite in Wipro Cebu

Willing to be assigned to Airlines / Travel Account

Amenable to shifting schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Can start ASAP
