Job Title: Workday Payroll Specialist

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon Avenue, Quezon City, Philippines
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Home | 3 Days Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift
Salary: PHP 125,000 – PHP 128,000 per month
Start Date: ASAP

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Workday Payroll Specialist to support and enhance Workday Payroll solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Workday Payroll, integrations, configuration, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities

Provide subject matter expertise in Workday Payroll and related Workday modules.
Configure, customize, and support Workday applications and integrations.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, EIBs, Core Connectors, PICOF/PECI, Workday Studio, and Web Services.
Integrate Workday with enterprise systems such as SAP.
Troubleshoot issues, perform system enhancements, and support application deployments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.
Participate in Agile development methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree is mandatory.
Minimum 5 years of relevant Workday experience.
Strong experience with Workday Payroll and one or more Workday modules such as Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, Integration, Security, or Data Conversion.
Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery is preferred.
Knowledge of Workday integrations including EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, PICOF/PECI, and Web Services.
Knowledge of scripting, automation, and low-code development platforms.
Experience with technologies such as SQL, Java, Python, C#, Angular, Node.js, Azure, REST/SOAP APIs, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work a Hybrid Night Shift in Quezon City.
Current or former Wipro employees are not eligible.
Job hoppers will not be considered.
