WE ARE HIRING: Workforce Scheduler
Onsite | Makati City & Davao City
Salary: PHP 27,000/month
URGENT | 2 Openings (1 Makati + 1 Davao)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Workforce Scheduler to create and manage effective schedules that align staffing requirements with forecasted demand in a fast-paced BPO environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Develop and maintain employee schedules based on forecasts
Manage shift bids, schedule adjustments and updates
Ensure optimal staffing coverage while minimizing costs
Coordinate closely with operations teams on scheduling needs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

At least 1 year experience in WFM scheduling
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of forecasting and capacity planning concepts
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willing to work onsite on a shifting schedule
Must be based in Philippines
