WORK SETUP: 100% Onsite – IT Park, Cebu City

WORK SHIFT: Australian Timezone (5 AM or 6 AM shift)

SALARY: ₱20,610 package (Open for negotiation depending on experience)

START DATE: November 6, 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to handle customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, and shop order monitoring. This is a voice account supporting an Australian logistics client.


Key Responsibilities

Handle customer communication via voice channels


Track orders and monitor shop orders


Resolve customer queries and concerns


Provide excellent customer service


Support accounts receivable and procurement-related tasks as needed


Qualifications

College Graduate of any course (preferably Accounting and Business Management courses) – required


At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO or non-BPO industry – required


For those with BPO experience: must be in a voice account – required


For non-BPO: open to voice or non-voice


With hands-on experience in using either ERP or SAP applications – required


Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills – required


Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency close to Standard American English – required


Preferred experience: Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Logistics or Forwarding company
