(ACTIVE) Accounts Receivable Specialist (Logistics-Voice)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated (ACTIVE) Accounts Receivable Specialist (Logistics-Voice) to join our team. The ideal candidate will help deliver high-quality solutions while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving real business problems.

​​Roles and Responsibilities:

​• Handles customer communication, order tracking, query resolution, and shop order monitoring
​• Customer service

​​QUALIFICATIONS:

​• College Graduate of any course (preferably Accounting and Business Management courses)
​• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in BPO or non-BPO industry
​• For those with BPO experience, must be in a voice account; For non-BPO, open to voice or non-voice
​• With hands-on experience in using either ERP or SAP applications
​• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
​• Excellent verbal communication skills with proficiency close to Standard American English
​• Candidates with any of the following experience: Accounts Receivable, Procurement, preferably have worked in a Logistics or Forwarding company
