## Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced **Global Artwork Manager** with strong FMCG/CPG packaging artwork expertise and native-level or C2+ proficiency in Japanese or Mandarin. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end packaging artwork projects, coordinating with internal teams, creative agencies, printing partners, and suppliers to ensure high-quality, compliant, and timely packaging production.

## Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete packaging artwork lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final print production.

- Oversee packaging graphics, artwork development, and structural design projects for consumer products.

- Coordinate with Marketing, R&D, Design, Regulatory, and other internal stakeholders.

- Act as the primary point of contact for external creative agencies, printers, and packaging suppliers.

- Develop project timelines, define milestones, allocate responsibilities, and track deliverables using project management tools.

- Monitor artwork progress and identify potential production bottlenecks, risks, and delays.

- Implement mitigation plans to ensure timely project completion.

- Review artwork files for accuracy, technical specifications, print readiness, and compliance with packaging regulations.

- Ensure packaging designs meet brand guidelines, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Maintain effective communication across cross-functional and international teams.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

- Native Japanese or Mandarin speaker, or C2+ proficiency in either language.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in FMCG/CPG packaging artwork, packaging graphics, or structural design.

- Proven experience working directly with creative design teams and printing solutions.

- Strong understanding of packaging artwork development and print production processes.

- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

- Excellent project management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

- Willingness to work on a hybrid/on-site basis in Pasay or McKinley Hill, Taguig.

- Open to expatriate candidates and applicants willing to relocate to the Philippines.

## Preferred Background

- FMCG/CPG, consumer goods, packaging, printing, or creative production industry.

- Experience coordinating with global or regional teams and external packaging vendors.

- Familiarity with packaging compliance, artwork approval workflows, and print specifications.
