Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare IT Business Transformation Analyst to drive technology-enabled business improvements and support strategic transformation initiatives within the US Healthcare domain.

The successful candidate will combine IT expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, business analysis capabilities, and stakeholder management skills to identify operational challenges and recommend effective technology-driven solutions.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of IT or Computer Science Engineering experience, including 2+ years in US Healthcare, with exposure to digital transformation, Agile/Waterfall project delivery, process optimization, and cross-functional project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing healthcare business processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements.

• Analyze business requirements and recommend technology-driven solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

• Support digital transformation and IT modernization initiatives within healthcare operations.

• Work closely with business leaders, healthcare stakeholders, and technology teams to define project scope and objectives.

• Facilitate requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution validation.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical deliverables.

• Support Agile and Waterfall project execution, including planning, documentation, and progress monitoring.

• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, project reports, and transformation updates.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, agentic systems, and automation to improve healthcare processes.

• Support change management activities and stakeholder engagement throughout project implementation.

• Analyze operational data and reporting metrics to measure project effectiveness and business impact.

• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner to clients and senior management.

Required Qualifications

• Graduate or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT or Computer Science Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the US Healthcare industry, including:

  • Healthcare Payer Operations

  • Healthcare Provider Operations

  • Healthcare BPO/CPO

  • Healthcare Technology

• Experience in IT transformation, digital transformation, or business process improvement projects.

• Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team management experience.

• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and communication skills.

• Ability to interact confidently with clients, executives, business teams, and technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with flexible shifting schedules.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.

• Agile or Scrum certifications.

• ITIL certification.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.

• Knowledge of AI/ML solutions and agentic systems in healthcare operations.

Salary & Benefits
