• Deploy, upgrade, configure, and maintain Lenel OnGuard and related physical security applications.

• Support the transition and integration of Genetec Security Center into the existing security environment.

• Manage application architecture, servers, databases, application services, clients, and third-party integrations.

• Provide technical support for access control, video management, alarm monitoring, badge management, and visitor management systems.

• Perform system health checks, troubleshooting, log analysis, service validation, and root-cause analysis.

• Maintain technical documentation, system architecture diagrams, migration plans, and operational procedures.

• Collaborate with IT infrastructure, networking, database, cybersecurity, security operations, and vendor teams.

• Identify opportunities for system improvements, application optimization, and integration rationalization.

• Support enterprise security platform modernization and migration activities.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Lenel OnGuard, including system architecture, administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with OnGuard Version 8.2 or later.

• Knowledge of Communication Server, Application Server, SQL Database, OpenAccess API, and DataConduIT.

• Experience configuring access control, alarm monitoring, cardholder management, badge types, access levels, and security panels.

• Working knowledge of Genetec Security Center, including Synergis, Omnicast, Mission Control, and ClearID.

• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including database backup, restoration, query analysis, and performance optimization.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, service accounts, and certificate management.

• Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, routing, firewalls, and network segmentation.

• Experience with API integrations and third-party physical security devices and applications.

• Lenel Certified Professional (LCP) or Lenel Certified Expert (LCE) certification is preferred.

• Genetec Security Center certification is an advantage.

• Experience in enterprise-level physical security application deployments and integrations.
