MIS Executive – UK Financial Customer Service

Location: Eton Centris, Quezon City

Work Setup: 100% Onsite

Schedule: Shifting Schedule

Salary: ₱90,000–₱115,000 + ₱2,400 allowance, depending on experience

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MIS Executive/Analyst to join our UK Financial Customer Service team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing reports, creating dashboards, analyzing data, and providing insights that will help support our contact center and workforce management operations.

If you’re comfortable working with Excel, enjoy working with numbers and data, and have experience in a BPO or contact center environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Qualifications

You should have:

A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis within a BPO environment.
At least 2 years of experience supporting contact center or Workforce Management (WFM) operations.
Strong experience with Excel-based reporting and dashboard creation.
Knowledge of common contact center and WFM metrics is an advantage.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting schedules.
