PHRN Clinical Analyst – Voice Account

Location: Quezon City, Metro Manila
Work Setup: Work From Home (WAH)
Work Schedule: Shifting
Target Start Date: November 16, 2026
Recruitment Process: Online Interviews + Onsite Assessment

Job Responsibilities

Handle clinical and healthcare-related voice interactions with patients, members, or clients.
Provide accurate and professional assistance based on established healthcare processes and guidelines.
Document and maintain accurate records of interactions and clinical information.
Follow client policies, quality standards, and applicable healthcare procedures.
Ensure excellent customer service while handling sensitive healthcare-related concerns.

Qualifications

Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) with an active license valid for at least 6 months upon application.
Minimum 1 year of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.
Experience must be actual clinical/work experience and not obtained through training or internship.
Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.
Must not be a former or current employee of the client.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
Willing to undergo onsite recruitment processing in Quezon City.

Onsite Assessment Details

Sagility Office:

Assessment Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Candidates are required to include their middle initial/middle name and present house address in their CV.
