Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Master Data Governance / Master Data Management professional to support business transformation and SAP data management initiatives. The role will involve designing and implementing master data strategies, migration solutions, governance processes, and SAP MDG solutions.

The candidate will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to assess business requirements, develop transformation strategies, design processes, and implement scalable master data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and deliver business transformation and SAP data management projects.
Conduct diagnostic, assessment, qualitative, and quantitative analysis.
Design and implement operating models and high-level to-be processes.
Develop strategies and implementation plans using industry best practices.
Support process and organizational changes, including change management.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Lead problem definition, issue identification, and work-plan development.
Manage project activities and ensure timely delivery according to project plans.
Build and maintain strong client stakeholder relationships.
Support proposal development and practice-building activities.
Contribute to thought leadership, service offerings, IP, white papers, and project case studies.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and deliver Master Data Management solutions.

Candidates must currently be in the Philippines and have the legal right to live and work in the country.
Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup in Cebu City.
Must be amenable to a shifting schedule based on client/project requirements.
