Job Summary

We are hiring qualified and experienced USRN Clinical Analysts to join our growing healthcare operations team. The ideal candidates must hold active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) and United States Registered Nurse (USRN) licenses and have relevant bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

In this role, you will utilize your clinical knowledge and nursing expertise to review patient medical histories, conduct initial clinical assessments, maintain accurate patient documentation, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to support appropriate patient care and positive healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain, review, and analyze detailed patient medical histories and clinical information.

• Conduct initial clinical assessments to help determine the most appropriate type and level of patient care.

• Review patient records and ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical interactions.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and clinical teams to support effective patient care and improved outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records.

• Apply nursing knowledge and clinical judgment when evaluating patient information.

• Continuously develop clinical knowledge and nursing skills to maintain high standards of healthcare service.

• Contribute to the overall success and performance of the clinical operations team.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must possess an active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license and US Registered Nurse (USRN) license from any US state.

• Both nursing licenses must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of application.

• Minimum 1–2 years of bedside, hospital, or clinical experience as a Staff Nurse.

• Internship and training experience will not be considered as qualifying clinical experience.

• Must have a valid Certificate of Employment (COE) from recent employer/s.

• Must currently reside within Metro Manila and within a 25 km radius of the Quezon City site.

• Must be Work-from-Home ready with a stable wired internet connection of at least 50 Mbps.

• Must be willing to attend onsite recruitment processing and assessment in Quezon City.

• Former or current employees of the client are not eligible.
