Job Summary
We are looking for experienced US Registered Nurses (USRNs) to join our growing healthcare team in a Work-from-Home (WFH), Non-Voice role. This opportunity is ideal for healthcare professionals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering high-quality clinical support while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess clinical documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Analyze patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and guidelines.
- Support clinical case reviews and utilization management processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation while meeting quality and productivity targets.
- Collaborate with internal healthcare teams to ensure efficient case handling.
- Protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted US Registered Nurse (USRN) and PHRN license.
- With 3 years of Clinical bedside hospital experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
