USRN Training Supervisor

Account: El Paso Account
Work Setup: Temporary Work From Home
Location: BGC Taguig, Cebu, Davao, or Clark, Pampanga

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced USRN Training Supervisor to lead training and knowledge-transfer initiatives for the El Paso Account. The ideal candidate should have an active USRN license, relevant BPO/CPO training experience, strong clinical expertise, and proven team leadership or supervisory experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver effective training and knowledge-transfer programs using Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness principles.
Provide clinical and process training aligned with client and jurisdictional requirements.
Apply clinical subject matter expertise to support accurate decision-making and process outcomes.
Guide and supervise training activities while ensuring learning objectives are achieved.
Support clinical decision-making using evidence-based or client-specific guidelines.
Ensure accurate and standardized medical/clinical summary writing.
Mentor and support trainers and team members to improve performance and knowledge retention.
Work closely with stakeholders and management to address training and operational requirements.
Be flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends, night shifts, and holidays, based on business requirements.

Qualifications

Active USRN license — any U.S. state.
1–2 years of relevant Trainer/Training Supervisor experience in BPO/CPO.
At least 2 years of recent and relevant clinical, hospital, or similar experience.
Previous experience managing or leading a team.
Experience with Kirkpatrick Learning Effectiveness; teaching credentials or certifications are an advantage.
Strong clinical background in areas such as Orthopedics, Emergency Room, Intensive Care, Neurology, Occupational Medicine, or Rehabilitation is preferred.
Strong clinical subject matter expertise.
Knowledge of medical/clinical summary writing and standard clinical documentation formats.
Familiarity with state-specific evidence-based guidelines or client proprietary guidelines.
Strong clinical decision-making and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Willingness to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays when required.

Certification

Active USRN license (Any U.S. State).
